Comment: I will update this rating to a 3 if I receive the swap. I cannot in good conscience update the rating to a 5, as you marked the item as sent on Oct. 1st, and did not message until October 14th stating that you still have not sent it. I am truly sorry for your loss, but you could have reached out before the end of the swap period explaining that you would be late.
