Comment: I’m sorry to have to rate you a 3, but deadline was missed by miles. I understand it was returned to you, but you told me middle of September it would be resent. At that point, I would have rated higher once received as that’s not your fault. However, I followed up 14th October, as still hadn’t received, and you replied saying it was on its way. I received today and the postage label and the customs label, both say that the date you sent was 15th October.
