Updated August 27 2011: I would certainly have rated you a 5 or a 3 if I'd received anything. And I would have responded if you'd told me you'd re-sent at the time and I hadn't received anything. I've not been on the site for a long time, and didn't respond immediately to your latest comment because I've been unable to sit at a computer for several weeks for health reasons. I'm sorry, but I see no reason to change my rating.
