Response: I just saw this on the 27th. I wanted to respond immediately that there was "no way." There shouldn't have been. I have been doing my best to be very careful to not get behind while I was caring for my hubby. Then I remembered that I have not been going to the post office myself. I've had 3 friends helping me while my hubby had the Covid and pneumonia. I texted all of them and 2 said they went the day they collected my mail from my front porch. I just heard from the third one and she says she never went the same day she picked up. I do not know what kind of time we were talking about. She was rather vague because she knew I was upset with her so I have to say "this was possible" and I apologize from the bottom of my heart.. I was forced to quarantine although I had no symptoms and never caught the Covid. My hubby was sick for 5 weeks. I will be sending you reimbursement for the notebook and I will PM you to see how I can make this up to you. Again, I am so sorry. Hugs, Diane

Then when I was rating the one from my partner I realized what I had done and that is when I messaged you that I would put the resend in the mail the next morning which I did. I'm also sorry that I have been a little pre-occupied with my sister and her family the last 6 weeks to 2 months. Her husband has been very ill and he just passed away on the 21st. I have struggled to keep up with my things while still helping her. I guess I haven't done a very good job at that but things should get better now. I do apologize that I missed this. Response: I'm so sorry! I'm not sure how I overlooked the card. I have been going to the postoffice once a week on Monday or Friday. I went on the 27th of Nov. Then again on the 4th of Dec. and again on the 7th of Dec. so I'm not sure how it got postmarked on the 8th. Yours should have been on the 4th. I'm not sure what happened there either unless it just got left behind and I didn't notice it was still here. Going once a week I was sending large quantities every time I went. Whatever the reason, it's obvious I made a mistake and I would like to make it up to you. Please let me know how I could fix this that would be fair to you! Response: Re-sent PC mailed out on Monday 8/17/20. I'm so sorry! I'm not sure what's happening to my mail recently. I might have to change post offices again. Response: Thank you so much for re-rating this swap! I Honestly did not know ahead of time that it would get lost in the mail or I would have let you know. I have had several lately and I'm wondering why. We have a new person at the postoffice and I'm worried that she's not doing her job properly. I have had to correct her more than once already. Oh No! I will resend again but that makes me sad. I had a picture from a children's book with the cutest little bear in his rain slicker. I will try to mail tomorrow or Thursday for sure. I didn't Think about someone being mad about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was just mad with our provider. They seem to be having a lot of problems lately. They just say we're working on it. Response: I don't understand why it was late. The only thing I can figure is it had to do with the postoffice. Our station did flood so I don't know how they handled the mail after I dropped it. I will be glad to remake it or send something else to make it up if you would like. I'm very sorry. Please let me know what I can do to make this right.
Response: I don't know why it was marked the 18th. I had to work all day on Tuesday and until 3 on Wednesday. I went to the post office when I got off on Wednesday. It should have been marked that day or at the very latest the next morning. I use a post office that is in an Ace Hardware store. They have occasionally had problems but they haven't told me of any lately. It would have had to be them that held it up. I did mail it as soon as I could. I'm very sorry that happened. I would be very happy to do any thing I can to make it up to you. Hugs, Diane
