Comment: I'm sorry to rate you a 1 but the send out date was November 14th, you said you were sending and have marked sent on 25th November. I have still not received anything and see that you are now partially suspended so I doubt I am ever likely to see my swap from you. You are the second person to flake on me - very disappointing. :(
