Response: Can you please explain why the "1" rating? This was emailed to you 8/11. If you did not receive it, can you please contact me first before giving me a "1" ???
Response: Edited response: Thank you for re-rating. By way of explanation for those checking my profile, the package was sent and never arrived; It was retuned to me as a "bad address." it cost twice as much in postage to England as it did for the items and I was reluctant to re-send, which would have meant paying ~$50 for a $7 swap. I do appreciate your changing this from a One to a Three. Thank you.
