Comment: after much talk back & forth with the host we've come to the decision that a 3 is deserved. i was incredibly disappointed in the atc that you sent me. all you did was write virgo and what kind of personality a virgo had. (you were supposed to have the zodiac sign somewhere on the atc and you did not. therefore you didn't meet the swap requirements) you couldn't even make sure you spelled the words correctly & neatly so they could be read. the postmark read sept 19 which was the deadline for the swap. you had plenty of time to put forth effort and it seemed you failed to do so. it's not fair for someone to work really hard on an atc, meet the swap requirements only to get something that took 2 seconds to do!! on top of that i contacted you to give you a chance to make it right, my message went read but not replied to, however you've logged in every day since then. for anyone who wants to see here is the atc that i received from the user: http://www.flickr.com/photos/75872673@N07/8033923540/in/photostream VERY DISAPPOINTING.
