Comment: I'm really dissapointed in this swap. First, you sent junk. Then you promised you were going to re-send for two weeks. Then you said you were going to send week of 11/2. Still nothing has arrived. The most upsetting thing to me is the lack of communication - I was always chasing you for an update. No effort on your end. For having sent a poor package the first time around, I really expected this to be handled better.... Anyone with questions about this, please contact me.
