Comment: Received your letter but the envelope was opened. No washi tape made it.Thank you for the second pkg. Everything made it safely.
Response: Oh dear! :( I'm so so so sorry! I can't even begin to understand why they would remove it - especially since my second partner in Japan had no issues. I will re-send by the end of this week & ask my friends at the post office what I can do to prevent this happening. Is there anything on it? Like 'customs' tape or a piece of paper saying it was opened? (I'm just wondering if customs opened it or if the contents were stolen) I am so so so sorry this has happened! xx
