Comment: I really hate to give you a 1 and I hope everything is okay. But you were last online 12/31/09, you didn't read my second message telling you it hadn't arrived. I will change if it shows.
Response: 2/2/10 I sent out a new package. I am so sorry I didn't respond on the 31st I came home for a few hours to see my family and get clothes and my time was limited to just a few minutes online and there was so much mail I couldn't go through it all. I am sorry your ornament did not arrive I did make you a new one.
