Response: Ok REALLY this is just a bit farfetched. I checked this swap and it was 15 months ago and u are just now saying u did not receive. U never emailed to say so and yet u rate a one. I checked your ratings. WOW!! Just now read what u wrote on your profile, so even if u just forgot to rate someone they are getting a one, due to you getting ones. That is not very nice.
