Description:

Make your own disposable stamp pad using a paper towel or napkin folded into layers. Lay your new pad on a clean meat tray or plastic disposable plate. Very carefully pour a small amount of liquid bleach (Clorox) on pad. Press stamp into your bleach pad & stamp your cardstock with it. You do not want the pad so wet that your stamp drips when you lift it.

Clean your stamp as soon as you are done stamping with it. Please stamp in a well ventilated room. I have found that you can not use Stamp'n Up cardstock for this technique because their color goes all the way thru the sheet. On a sheet of black (I don't know where it came from) I stamped with bleach & I got a pink color. On a different black sheet, I got a brown. You never know what you will get.

Looks like a fun swap. I do lots of bleaching of colored cardstock. I find the cheaper the paper the better it works. The Paper Company paper works very well. And like Peggy says -- it is exciting to see what color you will get. Most papers bleach white or pastel, but you just never know!

is it a simple stamped image atc, or do we get to further decorate our atcs?

Whatever you prefer. I will probably add to mine.
