For this swap it is pass it on but the theme is HALLOWEEN. This means you will pass on at least 1 ATC of someone else's work that you received through a swap that has a the theme of HALLOWEEN. Pretty easy and simple, should be no reason to flake or get a 3 since it is so simple. ATCs are for trading, so have fun! Newbies are welcome though I doubt you would have any to trade already, but if you do you are welcome. 4.94 rating since this is simple, easy, quick, low-risk. Thanks!
