Black History Month is observed in February each year. For this swap, send your partner three items about African-American history. The items could be brochures, something from a tourist or historical site where you live or have visited, newspaper or magazine articles, or any other relevant item, etc. You could also create one of the items, i.e., an ATC or bookmark. Be sure to include a note with your name and swap name. The fine print: USA only. Newbies welcome, rated swappers must have a 4.8 or higher rating. Snail Mail.
