Note cards can be store bought or handmade. Senders choice. Write 7 positive thoughts in each note card. You will have TWO PARTNERS. The catch is to write one thought a day for 7 days. Anybody ever lose a swap between home and the post office? I did! Thank goodness I did it early enough to work up a new swap :-)
