In recent years, I have started becoming somewhat hesitant to use medications from over the counter and from the doctors I go to. This being said, I still have my aches and pains and like to feel better! Therefore, the occasional search into home remedies makes a perfect solution for me and my family.

In this swap, you will send two partners descriptions for some of your favourite home remedies. You should include a minimum of three remedies. I am going to leave how it is written up to the sender, so make sure you will be okay with handwritten or typed swaps.

I encourage everyone to have fun with this swap and to be happy collecting home remedies to heal our hearts, bodies, and family members!

ooohhh aaaahhh, this is right up my alley, I was (past tense) studying a Master Herbalist program. I am into foraging, and learning about what an amazing pharmacopeia mother earth provides for us. What we consider weeds are often nutritious, healing and just plain awesome. I have tonse of info...Yay!!! I'm excited.

You'd be surprised what Mother has provided for all of us, and much of it is in our own backyards...I have a bunch of great stuff to send to my partners...even how to make dandelion wine. There is a smorgasbord in my yard. Edibles, medicinals and beautiful too.
