The Roaring 20's - Vintage Mail Art & ATC

It was the best of times - it was the worst of times --- or however that saying goes! Bathtub gin, speak-easys, flappers and doing the Charleston! Create a vintage ATC depicting that rollicking, carefree era, where women were coming into their own and finding their strengths. And men stood by flabberghasted!
