I`ve been in a lot of cookie swaps. But I haven't seen a lot of swaps for non-cookie items. So with this swap, you are send to your partners a dessert recipe. Something other than cookies or brownies (yes, it'll make it a little tough for some). This is an international swap because it will be e-mailed to your partner. Feel free to include a cookie/brownie recipe as an extra. :) As always, any allegories, please leave a comment.

Cool idea

I would like a low fat and low Gi recipes - no nuts

But you can include a normal fat one too,

Thanks for allowing Newbies! I have no allergies, I am on Weight Watchers but a special treat now and then is great too! I'm NOT a choclaholic and I love strawberries and raspberries and experimenting in the kitchen. I'm really looking forward to this as one of my three starter swaps.
