We've been hitting record temperatures throughout much of the country these past few months. Not everybody has air conditioning -- we don't! -- so I'm looking for ways to stay cool when it's hot, hot, hot out!

I missed the sign ups for this one. but ... a spray bottle with water. We lived in Vegas for 6 years and the spray bottle is a best friend. :) Also. In your house you need to open the windows all night and close them by like 6am also close any blinds or curtains on the side of the house the sun is coming in on. Then reopen the windows when it starts to cool down outside.
