Create a Doctor Who themed ATC for your partner. It's as simpe as that! :-) You will make one ATC for one partner. Please make your ATC standard size - 2.5 x 3.5 inches. I will be checking profiles before assigning partners. newbies are welcome with a well filled out profile. You must have a rating of no lower that 4.95 unless you are a newbie - I will be checking profiles manually Have fun!!
