Does that mean it has to be hand drawn?

I think it probably means it can't be a digital thing--not a copy, not something you just print off and glue to a base?

Yup, that's exactly what I mean - if you are using stickers or a printed image, please alter it or the card so the card has some handmade, original aspect. If you do digital work, or photography, please don't send a copy or a print, send an original!

Also, don't send anyone else's ATCs - those are called 2nd gen atcs and are not considered YOUR original artwork!
