Let's make some Halloween ATCs. You will make 2 ATCs and have 2 partners. Send 1 ATC to each of your partners. Senders choice,ghosts, gobblins, pumpkins candy, bats, cute or scary anything goes as long as it is Halloween. The usual rules : size is 2.5'' X 3.5 ". if you use stickers you must use others elements as well. Have fun making and trading your ATCs!

I have stuck my neck out before and got burned. That is why I set a rating requirement of 4.90.

Then how does a newbie get rated when she can't join a swap?

Some swaps are designed for new members. There are swaps that don't require a rating. I know, I was new once also.

Hang in there craftygirl44! Go find a quick swap that accepts newbies and you will get a 5 rating that will allow you to join other groups. I think it's ridiculous too, seeing as how many 4.9 and 5 ratings are flakers and send late, and send crap. Having a 5 rating isn't a guarantee all is well. I hope to see you in a swap one day! Don't let this discourage you.
