Halloween Duct Tape ATC For this swap you will create one Halloween Themed ATC for one partner. The ATC MUST have Duct Tape on it somewhere. The entire card can be made from duct tape or just embellished with duct tape. As long as it has duct tape on it and is Halloween themed, you are golden! :)
