Description:

Hey everybody,

this is an easy swap to show how tasty the vegan cuisine can be. Let's think of a vegan dinner - either with a bunch of friends, your spouse, or whoever you can think of.

For this swap, you will have 1 partner. Write down 3 RECIPES on nice RECIPE CARDS (the nicer, the better, of course - make them lovely recipes): * one for a starter (soup, salad, ....) * one for the main dish * one for a dessert (cake, cold dessert, ...)

Please, this is not a vegetarian recipe swap! It's vegan... which means, no meat, dairy, eggs or other animal products (gelatin,...) Most animal products can be substituted easily, esp. dairy... I know a real vegan does not eat honey either. I personally am fine with that as an exception. Anything like that, please write down in the comments below, esp. food allergies. But, please, don't become too picky... This swap's recipes do not need to have nutritional info such as calories since I find it hard to get them for homemade recipes that might have been in the family forever, or sth. like that.

Have fun - and enjoy your dinner. :)

P.S. You can handwrite or print the recipe cards - up to you.

I really want to join, but I don't have any recipe cards. They are not that common here. So can I just make 3 nice cards? Or are there specifics like size? I am a vegetarian, but I love to experiment with vegan cooking and I have a lot of vegan cookbooks, so I am sure I can come up with something nice :)

U can use Index cards size a6... Which should be about 4 by 6 inches... Just decorate them in a nice way. U can also google recipe cards to get an impression of what they look like.

A6 I can work with. Thanks! Then I know how to go from here. And I will google, but I was most worried that I would make them the wrong size :)

even recipe cards vary a lil bit in size... but usually they are a6, sturdy paper... and some nice pictures. so that s fine. i just dont want recipes printed or written on normal paper and stuff like that... since i have a box for my recipe cards and its nice to get something thats nice and fits in it. :) have fun everyone. i m looking forward to new inspirations :)
