This is a low cost, easy, and fun international swap. Get a small padded envelope and fill it with a variety of vegan goodness. Think animal rights and vegan-centered buttons, stickers, zines, postcards, recipes, etc. Include a 2 page letter about why you went veg, list and describe your favorite vegan books & cookbooks, and tell what you think is the best thing about being vegan.
