EDIT: REcycled envie mail art

EDIT: To make this swap more user friendly, it has been edited to include use of any recycled mail stuff (postage stamps, envies of any kind, post marks, junk mail, etc.) For this swap, we will REcycle security envelopes to make our mail art, using the cool patterns found inside of them. They can be embellished any way you choose. Please include a surprise also made out of recycled mail (ie punchies, mini envies, bookmark, altered rolo, notecard, notepad, etc.)
