I will be hosting both an A to Z city, state, country swap plus a separate swap for A to Z with objects. See my profile for other letters. After Jan 27th I will be hosting USA and International individually because International rate is going up another 5 cents to $1.10. I realize that can break the bank for some of swap bot swappers. . I like my cards to be written on and stamped, it makes them more meaningful to me. So for this swap all cards will not be sent in envelopes. Please do not join this swap if you want your cards sent in envelopes. I wont be offended if you start an abc swap just for postcards in envelopes. For this swap your J postcard needs to be from a town, city, state, country etc that Starts with the letter J. It must be a city, town, continent, you can not send a river, or mountain or other land area, we are looking for cities, states, countries, etc. This is not a map card swap, but yes you can use a map card. The map must begin with J Dont send a state map that starts with any other letter except J. SOMETHING DIFFERENT: with the letter J we do start to get into some technical areas. I feel that JERSEY as in New Jersey. counts as a J. So even Jersey Shore works for a city, technically, because it is in New Jersey, a state that starts with the J letter. This may even be a non issue for many swappers. My postcard isnt from Jersey, but I wanted to make it clear that the second part of the New, North places can count in future swaps. Like New Zealand would make a great Z card. New York would be ok for Y. Somewhere on the front or the back you must be able to see printed on the card the Place that starts with an J. This word should be printed on the card by the card manufacturer not by you. So you need a store bought, blank touristy postcard, that you write on and stamp and mail naked to your sender. Vintage or mildly older Postcards in good shape are allowed. Zazzle cards are not allowed, at this time, but might be allowed for the harder letters X Z etc. The postcard is senders choice, as most of us have already organized our postcards from A to Z for this ongoing swap. So please rate a 5 if you get a I card from a city, state town continent etc. Keep in mind it might not fit into your list of likes and dislikes. I dont own this image. Anyone with recent 1s or 3s in Nov or Dec, 2012 or Jan 2012 need to contact me to explain. I will angel any flakers after you have contacted them twice and have rated them a 1. |
