Description: | |
This is an environment friendly ATC swap. and in it we're going to create an ATC using anything BUT scrapbooking material. This means that we're going to use and re use materials that don't have the purpose of being used as craft materials on the first place, and put them together to create the ATC. These are only examples of some of the materials that can be used:
On the other side, you won't be able to use: Scrapbooking paper, Embellishments, Stickers, Washi Tape, or anything that is meant to be only for crafting purposes. If it's something like a piece of a ribbon, you can use it as long as it's not new but recycled from somewhere else. About the tools to make it, of course you can use scrapbooking tools like scissors or paint, but if you use paint make sure that it's always on another surface (for instance on a book page) and not just painting the background of the ATC. It would be nice if you added a note to the ATC explaining where the material you used comes from. Remember that ATCs are 2.5 x 3.5 inches. On the back of it you should put the title of the ATC, the day in which you made it, the maker, and the name of the swap. You should also include a contact mail (sometimes ATCs travel from one person to another, so at some point somebody might want to contact the artist). No recent 1s or 3s on the rating, I want this to be a safe swap for all the participans. I'm allowing newbies to join (we all were newbies at some point), but in that case you need to have a filled profile with more than just the basics. However, I'm not recommending to people that never made ATCs join the swap, since probably it's easier to start with a newbie friendly ATCs where you can use scrapbooking materials. For any question, feel free to ask! I'll be happy to answer. |
