Description:

Let's trade Postage Stamps ATC's. The sender can use any stamps she/he chooses. The standard ATC rules apply. 2.5 by 3.5 inches. This will be international so we can trade from all over the world :) I am setting the bar high so no one gets flaked on. This is not a newbie trade this time. Must have at least 10 successful ATC trades prior to this one. We will make 2 ATCs for 1 partner. Have fun creating.

At the time of this writing, your swap requires a 4.80 minimum rating. Someone with 19 "fives" and a "one" has a rating of exactly 4.80. Sorry, but that "bar" isn't nearly high enough for me to want to take a chance on the swap. Are you willing to angel?

I would angel after the offending swapper receives a 1 rating. Hopefully this won't happen.

I do not understand: I did not make 10 ATC till now....I cannot join?? I love making ATC and I have lots of stamps....I like to join.
