I am so sorry that this swap did not stay in the USA and Canada. I am still fairly new at making ATC's myself and hosting as well. I was more worried about the ratings of the participants themselves and totally missed the locations of the partners themselves. I will be more diligent in the future to prevent this from happening again! Melissa

The 26th falls on Sunday and Monday the 27th is Memorial Day so the mail will not run either day. I am going to have to mail my swap on Tuesday the 28th. I'll send a note to my swap partner @mimi7 and let her know.......=0)

Apparently you didn't check ratings well because the person who flaked on me had multiple old ratings of 1. She has no business joining new swaps when she has so many old swaps unfinished.
