Do we send 5 postcards to each of the partners (so 10 altogether)? And do we send them naked or in an envelope?

Yes, 5 postcards to each partner, making it 10 in total. It's up to you whether they're naked or in envelopes. I will be putting mine in envelopes because it's obviously cheaper to post :)

Entirely up to you whether you leave them blank or write a little about yourself/ the postcard/ why you're sending it :) With multiple swaps, I usually send the postcards blank and attach a separate note.

i am very sorry, due to I has to go for a suddent training last two day (monday and tuesday) i has left out the due date , so i will sent the two envelope tomorrow, 28.03.2013
