Note Card and Decorated Envelope

The outside of the envelope must be decorated. You can choose the design. Use stamps, digital stamps, draw, or any other things you'd like to use to make the envelope look nice. Please don't just toss stickers on the envelope and call it done. You don't have to decorate the back of the envelope but you can if you want. Please make it nice and be something you'd like to receive in the mail yourself.

No unrated swappers..You must have completed at least 10 type 2 or 3 swaps to join. No recent ones or three's within the past year unless you send me an email explaining why you got the rating before partners are assigned.
