You will create and send NAKED a handmade PC. This is totally sender's choice! Create your hearts out with no restrictions, except (LOL) No Messiness Send on time Write a nice note, or poem or quote on the back to your sender. Proper postage. (Handmade PCs typically run a little more on postage, than normal PCs or letters). Other than that go for it! Any medium (including stickers within reason) Any Color Any Shape (As long as your Post Office will mail it. Mine has no problem with any shape I submit.) Any subject (Insert Usual Admin BS)
