Simple, Send 15 used stamps. all should be different stamps . Try to send variously, good condition:) No torn and damaged. stamps can be on paper, but off the paper is better. Also post mark on stamps are fine â–¶Lastly, glue different 3 stamps on envelope, of course more is better :) sorry, no newbies
