First off I got barbieloufromKY permission to set up this swap as she did one like it. For this swap you will make 2 ATCs about the state you live in. One for each partner, you will have 2 partners. You ATC;s must have the name of the state listed on the ATC. When signing up-list your state in the discussion section below!

1 Only 1 person per state! ATC's must be 2.5" by 3.5" and have a sturdy backing.

Please do your best work and don't slap a sticker on it and call it quits! Be a good swap partner. Must have a rating of 4.9 and higher and have 8 swaps completed with no 1's or 3's in the last 3 months. Have fun and happy swapping. If you were in the last one and receive the same partners, we could always trade our ATC's for the states we still need. I want to collect all 50 States! :)
