Easy enough :) send out 15 used stamps to your partner. either from your stash of used stamps, or clip them off of envelopes :) you can send any stamps, Not Damaged though. What is meant by fake stamps?

@NaddieNed I think the host means no metered postage. And to use real postage on the envelope you send your swap in. :-)
