The swaps I host in the 100 heart group will be all about hearts. For this first one we will have one partner and will send a note card (store bought or handmade) with a heart on it somewhere. And, inside we will write about a person, place or thing that has captured our heart.

You may choose to tell about a family member, pet, place you've been or would like to visit, song, book, or anything else special to you.

Recap: 1 partner, 1 card with at least 1 heart on it and a note inside. Enjoy!
