Hi all - I am taking over hosting duties from Jesshens and tamtamlee for this series of swaps. Let's keep the list journals moving and grooving! This will be a monthly series of swaps..... IF YOU TOOK PART IN THE FIRST THROUGH NINETEENTH ROUNDS: You will answer the list prompt your partner left for you; write a short bio entry; then add two lists of your own; and then add a list prompt for your partner before sending off. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST ROUND: For this swap, you will get a journal or notebook of any kind. Try to make it around 80 to 100 pages. You will start the journal with an intro about yourself- include your Swap-bot name, about a page long. On the last page of the journal put your name and address so whoever fills it up will know where to send it home to. On the next page create a list, any kind of list you want, with at least 10 items in it (this can be a grocery list, things you like, things you hate, things that make you happy, things you need to do, favorite movies, favorite songs, list every boy you have kissed, whatever kind of list you can think of). Create another list on the flip side of the page, so you will make two lists of your choice. On the next page, write a prompt for your partner to make a list about, and that's it. Package it up and send it off to your partner. In the next round of swaps, you will answer the list prompt you were given, then write an intro about yourself and then create two more random lists. Add a prompt for your partner to answer, and that's it. That will happen in the next round, so when you receive a journal, hang on to it until you get an email from me with the link to the next round. Please tell us, in the comments section below, whose journal you currently have. We're all a bit curious if ours is still being circulated. ADDITIONALLY, FOR THIS ROUND, YOU WILL SEND A POSTCARD TO THE OWNER OF THE JOURNAL TO LET THEM KNOW WHERE IT IS AND WHERE IT HAS BEEN. I'm fairly certain that my journal has stopped along the way and some other swappers' as well. So perhaps you will get a pc from the holder of your journal to know that it is still around. WE WILL SEND HOME THE JOURNALS in the next round - Round #21. I do not want to host this swap anymore - I have been doing it for a year now so if someone wants to take over or start a second series of this, please contact me. The fine print: No recent unexplained 1s or 3s. If you still want to join and have those, please PM me to discuss. Also must have completed at least 10 Type 3 swaps. Any questions please post here or PM me! Have fun! |
