State PC with Odd State Laws

For this swap you will send your partners a state postcard. On the back you will list at least three (3) odd laws from that state. No handmade postcards please.

This swap will be USA only. You will have two (2) partners. You will send one (1) postcard to each partner for a total of two (2) postcards sent. The postcards will be sent naked. If you can not send your postcards out by the required date then please don't join. No one likes to be disappointed.

The swap is open to anyone with at least a 4.95 rating with no recent 1's or 3's. Newbies are welcome with a VERY WELL FILLED OUT profile. A few sparse paragraphs won't cut it. I will be strict with that requirement. I will be checking profiles and dropping those who do not qualify.
