A Haiku is a Japanese poem of 17 syllables, in 3 lines of 5, 7, and 5. Below is an example. Autumn has arrived â†5 syllables Colorful leaves falling down â†7 syllables Savor the season â†5 syllables Swap Details: You will have 2 partners. You will create your own autumn-themed haiku and write it on each postcard (store-bought or handmade; senderâ€™s choice). You will decorate the postcard with washi tape (around your haiku, the address, etc.). You will send it naked (not in an envelope). You will (hopefully) have fun!
