Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. DO any of you feel the same? If so, come on down to join me for a lovely Halloween ATC swap! Any medium goes, just please NO STICKER SLAPPING. You will only be making 1 ATC for one partner. I'm starting this early so we all have plenty of time to make our ATCs. I want to make sure everyone gets them BEFORE Halloween.
