@user2637 - I have been in contact with the people that I owe swaps to, which is explained in my profile. The ones are not recent and I am in the process of making them up to the swappers who will let me. (Some have flat out refused or will not respond to me)

Sorry if this is a silly question -- When you say the package, do you mean the envelope/packaging we're using to mail it -- or do you mean that we'd create our own decorated sleeve for the hot cocoa?

@dianamwright has a very recent 1 rating and is late on a swap, and several partners say she refuses to communicate about swaps they haven't received. BEWARE.
