Uh oh. The cost of postage is increasing all over the world. I hope small swaps will help y'all continue to participate in international kawaii swaps.
Send your partner 4 kawaii letter sets.
One set is 2 matching sheets and 1 matching envelope.

The blind bit: When you sign up, select four of your favorite letter sets, pack them up, write the swap name and and your username on a large memo sheet, put all this in an envelope, then close and decorate it. When I assign partners, simply paste on an address label. Easy peasy.
