Description:

Send five different 12 inch washi tape samples to your partner. If sending a solid color, only send one solid color tape and the rest must be patterned. Make sure it is washi tape and not plastic or paper deco tape. I send my samples on a playing card, you can send them on something else, as long as the tape can peel off easily.

I know that deco tape is plastic but what is the difference between paper deco tape and washi tape? Thanks!

I'm not entirely sure, but I recently received some paper tape which was made of paper with adhesive on the back.

You may want to specify a length for each sample, like 12 inches, just to be specific. Those of us who swap often know not to send some tiny amount, but I actually received 2in. Samples once (as extras, not as an actual swap, thankfully... nice thought, but still not usable).

Here's a tip for small pieces of washi tape: use it on your stationery, envelopes, ATCs & such. It adds colorful pizazz! :)
