Description:
This is easy - decorate an envelope (any size) for St Patrick's Day but it must have "Happy St. Patrick's (Patty's, etc) written, stamped, sticker letters,, etc, somewhere on the envelope. Include 1 green surprise ( or more if you wish in the envelope). Doesn't have to be St Patty's themed item. Can be bookmark, note card, stickers, etc as long as it has green on it. . This is sender's choice. Newbies welcome. Must have at least a 4.9.
