Description:
Use your washi tape on an ATC for one partner. Create a colorful or monochromatic design featuring washi tape as part or all of your design in an easy to manage size. Put a sturdy back on it, and include your name, user name, date and swap title. Send in a protective sleeve or envie, and decorate your mailing envie with washi tape!
