Wondering if CTOs can be used for swap? I always considered them used but some people hate CTO with a passion and wanted to check.

Im sorry I was late on assigning swaps, been doing 123 hour shifts latly. Is CTO's canceled stamps? If so, ask yr partners if they accept them :)

CTOs are stamps printed and postmarked (but not an official postmark, just a printed image so the stamps cannot be used) They are usually made to put in packs of stamps to be sold to collectors.
