Jingle Bells, Jingle bells, Jingle all the way down to the post office! Don't you just love Christmas? I absolutely love giving more than receiving, but my downfall, has always been my Christmas stocking. I adore opening all the tiny little goodies! For this swap, you will buy and individually wrap 12 gifts for your partner. They do not HAVE to be profile based, but please try to cater to your partners likes and dislikes on their profile, as you do want them to enjoy their gifts! Each gift should be valued at no less than 1.00, and all gifts should be new. YOU WILL MAIL ALL 12 WRAPPED GIFTS IN ONE PACKAGE, NOT IN 12 SEPARATE PACKAGES. The idea is to give your partner some little gifts that they can either place in their Christmas stocking to open at Christmas, or to have to open on the days leading up to Christmas. If the gift is one that needs to be opened before Christmas, please label it "open me!" (For instance handmade gift tags, your partner might need those before Christmas,) Otherwise, it will be recipients choice when to open their gifts. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, rate your partner when you receive your gifts in the mail! If you are uncomfortable rating before you open your gifts, then please, please, please send your partner a message to let them know you will rate them as soon as you have opened your gifts, and please label each gift you received with the swap name and your partners name so you will remember what gifts go with what swap...especially if you are in multiple stocking stuffer swaps. This will be on the receiver to do...not the senders responsibility! Need some ideas? First check out your partners profile! Still need ideas? How about a pair of Christmas earrings, or a Christmas pin? Salt and pepper shakers can be cute and found for 1-2 a set. Washi tape rolls, an ornament, small box of chocolate, or good quality chocolate bar. Handmade Christmas gift tags, cards, or decorated envies. Travel size lotions, soft warm socks, bottle of nail polish, small Christmas decor. These are just a few ideas to jump start your mind, and should not be taken as an all inclusive list. For this swap you must have completed at least 15 type 2 or 3 swaps. Absolutely no recent 1's or 3's and no 1's or 3's that went without a response. I reserve the right to remove anyone from this swap that does not meet the above guidelines, or that just gives me a hinky feeling. Any questions? Please feel free to send me a message or post below. I will answer faster by private message, but I will address all comments posted below too! |
