Tags come in all sorts of sizes and shapes. I have one that wasn't a tag at all (I was going to cut it down for an ATC backing), but when I used the rub-ons, I noticed the backing was sturdy, the top of it was shaped and it had a hole in the middle!! It was a tag! Dolls have tags, clothing has tags, and small paper crafting items have backings that can be tags. Find one and alter it. Your choice of size and theme - vintage, steampunk, collage - just make it like you weren't sending it out.

Lol! Good way to use up some of them tags I've been been collecting (hoarding, I mean)...
