Description:
For this swap you will create one ATC for one partner. The backing on the ATC can be paper....the embellishments can be paper BUT the background on your ATC has to be anything BUT PAPER! One exception....you can use waxed paper - because I have seen some really neat backgrounds done with waxed paper. That being said, think outside the box.... Fabric, felt, foam sheet, aluminum foil....etc... This will be senders choice on subject matter, just remember Background can't be paper. Have fun! Would Ranger's (T. Holtz's) grunge board be an option, or is that considered a form of paper?

Peggy, I think that would work as a background. I don't think of it as paper. So go for it.
